  • TRX GETTING STARTED: First bootcamp session FREE! You will learn the basic foundational movements on the TRX suspension system. Your instructor will walk through the basic set up and use of the TRX, how to change the length, adjust resistance and modifications. You feel more comfortable starting our other TRX based classes! Bring your friends and spouses!


  • TRX Cardio BLASTER: The motto of the TRX Suspension Trainer is "Make your body your machine!" You will quickly understand the meaning as you experience functional, multi-planar, bodyweight based exercises using this incredibly versatile training tool. The TRX allows for the creation of fast and effective yet individualized total body workouts with only one piece of equipment, using your own body weight as resistance to build endurance, strength, core stability, balance and flexibility. This fast-paced high energy bootcamp will take you through a progression of simple to advanced exercises, so consistency and a strong fitness base is highly recommended and cardio intervals will be included in between sets using the TRX suspension tool. Timed TRX suspension intervals will alternate with cardio intervals (sports specific drills, jump ropes, and ladder drill or cardio machines). Research studies found higher intensity intervals in circuit training style workouts produces significant gains in VO2 and the daily mean VO2 (oxygen consumption) remains elevated up to 38-48 hours post a hard, resistance workout.
